Gold for France’s men!
France’s men’s team claimed the European Championship title after a 27-year wait! Simon Gauzy played a key role in their success.
Gauzy shared his excitement after the event: “Becoming European champion again in a team event after so many years feels incredible. I’m just very, very happy right now. We played a perfect tournament from start to finish — we can only be proud.”
Thibault Poret also had the chance to experience and celebrate this historic victory as part of the team. Congratulations on this fantastic achievement!
German women complete the triple!
Another remarkable success came from the German women’s team, who won European gold for the third time in a row. Sabine Winter delivered a dominant performance, winning all her singles matches, while the team as a whole impressively won every tie 3–0!
